Return Window

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Return Method

Approved returns are eligible for store credit only. Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card that does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase.

We offer free returns and free exchanges for eligible items. Please note that we do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Eligibility

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition, with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

Items that show any signs of wear, washing, odor, staining, makeup marks, deodorant marks, perfume, detergent, creasing from wear, pet hair, lint, damage, or alteration will be considered unusable and are not eligible for return or store credit.

Defective Items

A defective item refers strictly to a manufacturing defect confirmed by YITAI after inspection. Damage caused by wear, misuse, washing, improper handling, or customer actions is not considered a defect.

Inspection and Documentation

All returns are photographed, documented, and inspected upon arrival. We maintain records of item condition, packaging, and contents for quality control and dispute resolution purposes.

Shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, and return tracking data are recorded and may be used as supporting evidence for internal review, carrier claims, or payment disputes.

Inspection Authority

The final determination of eligibility, defect status, and resolution is made solely by YITAI.

Items that do not meet return eligibility will be rejected and may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense or disposed of without compensation.

International Returns

At this time, direct exchanges are not available for international orders due to the complexity of international shipping regulations and customs processes.

International customers may still request a return for store credit only. Once the return is approved and received, a digital gift card will be issued that may be used toward a future purchase.

Final Sale Items

Final sale, promotional, archive sale, and discounted items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is covered by us for approved returns and exchanges.

Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse returns, store credit, refunds, or future orders from customers who show patterns of excessive or abusive return behavior.

Return Authorization

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
