Pre-Orders

You may cancel a preorder within 10 days of placing it for a full refund. Each preorder includes an estimated ship date, and if production extends beyond that timeframe, you will be notified and may choose to continue waiting or receive a refund. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer guaranteed unless there is a production delay.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned for store credit or refund to the original payment method. Returns and exchange must be requested within 14 days of delivery and items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Approved returns will be issued as store credit via digital gift card (which does not expire) or as a refund to the original payment method, minus a $10 restocking fee. Discounted and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, and international orders are not eligible for returns at this time.

At this time, direct exchanges are not available for international orders due to the complexity of international shipping regulations and customs processes. However, we are happy to offer free returns in the form of store credit for international customers with the exception of Switzerland. Once your return is approved, you will receive a digital gift card which may be used to place a new order. 

Delivery Issues

Once your order is shipped, delivery is handled by the courier. Orders marked as delivered must be reported within 48 hours so we can assist with next steps.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Duties and import fees are included for international orders, and the price you pay at checkout is the final price. Shipping methods vary by destination. Free shipping is offered on orders over $200. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address or redirect the package.

Care

Care instructions vary by product, and we recommend referring to the care label inside your garment. For knitwear, we suggest washing cold on a gentle cycle inside a laundry bag, then laying flat or hanging to dry. Avoid high heat to help preserve shape over time.
