Orders & Shipping

Pre-Order Policy

All production status is transparently communicated on the pre-oder status page


Cancellation Period: You have 10 days from the order date to request a cancellation for a full refund.


Inability to Cancel: After the 10-day period, cancellations are not possible as production will have begun and the product will be made for you specifically.


Production Timeline: We'll provide an estimated delivery timeline, which may be subject to change.


Order Changes: Changes to your order may not be possible once the 10-day period has passed.


Quality Assurance: We aim to deliver high-quality products and may make slight variations or improvements during production.


Communication: We'll keep you updated on your order's progress and notify you of any unexpected delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand by our products and will ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit ONLY and it will be issued via GIFT CARD. There will be no cash refunds.


To return an item, the following conditions must be met:


Returns

Return requests must be made within 10 business days from the delivery date. The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete with the original tag and original packaging. We will inspect the item(s) thoroughly and if it doesn't meet the conditions, you will not be credited. 


Exchanges

If it's an exchange, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using the store credit issued.

International

We do not offer returns and exchanges for orders outside of USA. If there are any issues regarding your order, please contact hello@yitai.la for additional information. 


Note:

- Initial shipping costs are not refundable. Store credit for the store will be given for the retail price of item(s) purchased.

- Discounted items or items labeled as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Your return must be sent back within 72 hours from when the label is created or we will not process your return.

Where do we Ship?

We currently ship everywhere in the U.S., Asia, as well as Europe, Canada, and Australia.  

International Duty & Fees

Below statements only apply to international orders:

- We recognizes that customs and duty fees are considered a governmental matter. 

- We cannot declare the value of a package as anything other than its retail value. We cannot mark shipments as gifts.

Shipping Methods

Domestic Orders

Standard Domestic - $8-12 (3-5 Days for delivery, after it's been fulfilled).

Free domestic shipping on $250+ orders.


International Orders

APC Postal Logistics - $20 - $40 (10 - 14 Days for delivery, after it's been fulfilled).

Please note that once your order is shipped from our facility, we are unable to expedite, change the shipping address, or redirect the package. Please make sure to double check your delivery address and if any shipping issues arise, please contact the courier company directly.

Our Products

Where is our stuff made?

Currently, we manufacture majority of our products in China. To select our overseas partners, we emphasize quality, compliance to worker's safety, fair wages and benefits, and efforts to be more sustainable.


We've visited all of our partners and we have built strong personal relationships with each factory partner.

Our products are designed to last, which means we emphasize on the quality of the materials we use. We try our best to use as much sustainable materials as possible without sacrificing any functionality or the quality of our items.


Some of the sustainable materials we use are TENCEL and organic cotton. Recently, we begin using packaging bags made from corn starch which is 100% biodegradable. We are currently a brand with 4 team members and we believe in making a positive impact on the planet by adding more sustainable practices. We are still exploring different sustainable materials while upholding our reasonable price points and maintaining the quality of our items.

How should i wash and care for my products?

We recommend wash on cold and hang dry or use a low heat setting in the dryer. This will help maintain the shape of the garment, while reducing the energy use.
