Orders & Shipping

Pre-Order Policy

Cancellation Period: You may cancel your preorder within 10 days of placing it for a full refund.


Production Timeline: Each preorder includes an estimated ship date (e.g., “ships by end of September 2025”). Timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to production schedules.


Delays: If production is delayed beyond the stated timeframe, you will be notified and given the option to continue waiting or receive a full refund.


After 10 Days: Once production has begun, cancellations are not permitted unless there is a delay beyond the stated timeframe.


Communication: We’ll keep you updated on production and notify you promptly of any unexpected changes.

I understand that in life, things happen — sometimes unexpected, sometimes difficult. If you ever run into a financial situation where you need to cancel a preorder outside of the stated policy, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’ll always do my best to figure out a solution with you. Your moral support and patience mean more to me than anything.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand by our products and will ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit ONLY and it will be issued via GIFT CARD. There will be no cash refunds.


To return an item, the following conditions must be met:


Returns

All return & exchange requests must be made within 10 business days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging. Approved returns will be issued as store credit via gift card.


Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as store credit, which you can use to purchase a new item of your choice.

International

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders but if you have issues with your order, please contact hello@yitai.la for additional information. 


Note:

- Initial shipping costs are not refundable. Store credit for the store will be given for the retail price of item(s) purchased.

- Discounted items or items labeled as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Your return must be sent back within 72 hours from when the label is created or we will not process your return.

Once your order is fulfilled from our warehouse, it's out of our power to manage any delivery issues.

Where do we Ship?

We ship everywhere in the U.S., Canada, Asia, Europe, Africa, South America, and Australia. 

International Duty & Fees

Below statements only apply to international orders:

- We acknowledge that customs and duty fees are considered a governmental matter.

- We cannot declare the value of a package as anything other than its retail value. We cannot mark shipments as gifts.

Shipping Methods

Domestic Orders

Standard Domestic - $8-12 (3-5 Days for delivery, after it's been fulfilled).

Free domestic shipping on $200+ orders.


International Orders

APC Postal Logistics - $20 - $40 (10 - 14 Days for delivery, after it's been fulfilled).

Please note that once your order is shipped from our facility, we are unable to expedite, change the shipping address, or redirect the package. Please make sure to double check your delivery address and if any shipping issues arise, please contact the courier company directly.

Our Products

Where is our stuff made?

Currently, we manufacture the majority of our products in China. To select our overseas partners, we emphasize quality, compliance to worker's safety, fair wages and benefits, and efforts to be more sustainable.


We've visited all of our partners and we have built strong personal relationships with each factory partner.

Our products are designed to last, which means we emphasize the quality of the materials we use. We try our best to use as many sustainable materials as possible.


Some of the sustainable materials we use are TENCEL and organic cotton. We are currently a brand with 4 team members and we believe in making a positive impact on the planet by adding more sustainable practices. We are still exploring different sustainable materials while upholding our reasonable price points and maintaining the quality of our items.

How should i wash and care for my products?

We recommend you wash on cold and hang dry or use a low heat setting in the dryer. This will help maintain the shape of the garment, while reducing the energy use.
