Frequently Asked Questions
Orders & Shipping
Pre-Orders
You may cancel a preorder within 10 days of placing it for a full refund.
Each preorder includes an estimated ship date. If production extends beyond that timeframe, you will be notified and may choose to continue waiting or receive a refund.
Once production begins, cancellations are no longer guaranteed unless there is a production delay.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned for store credit only.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Approved returns are issued as store credit via digital gift card. Store credit does not expire.
Discounted and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
International orders are not eligible for returns at this time.

Delivery Issues
Once your order is shipped, delivery is handled by the courier.
Orders marked as delivered must be reported within 48 hours so we can assist with next steps.

We ship worldwide.
Orders are fulfilled from our logistics partners in Hong Kong or the United States based on what allows for faster delivery and fewer tariffs.
Duties and import fees are included. The price you pay at checkout is the final price.
Shipping Methods
Shipping methods vary by destination.
Free shipping is offered on orders over $200.
Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address or redirect the package.

Care
Care instructions vary by product. Please refer to the care label inside your garment.
For knitwear, we recommend washing cold on a gentle cycle inside a laundry bag, then laying flat or hanging to dry. Avoid high heat to help preserve shape over time.
